Account Director


We're seeking an Account Director to lead brand strategy and marketing plans, for our client, an fiercely independent award-winning integrated agency.

The Account Director will act as a liaison between agency teams and clients. Responsibilities include managing large accounts, guiding client relationships, overseeing budgets, and driving long-term business development. You'll lead strategic planning, provide market insights, and ensure project excellence.


  • Guide clients, lead kickoffs, and engage in creative reviews
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of clients' products, industries, and competitors
  • Establish strategic direction and drive marketing strategy
  • Lead organic business building and support project leads
  • Oversee client budgets and billing, ensuring profitability
  • Participate in internal committees and new business pitches


  • 13+ years agency or brand management experience
  • Proven success managing multiple accounts and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to understand target market emotions and motivations
  • Strong strategic planning skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
