Recruiting takes time. As experts in the recruiting space, Kada has worked to streamline our processes to find you your next great hire.

Our process starts with a lot of questions and then we get to work. The team researches and researches some more and is always finding new and creative ways to engage with the best talent in the market today.

We'll set up an initial intake call to align on your needs. We will ask questions to understand the nuance of the role you're filling  – understanding WHO you’re looking for, not just what you’re looking for.

A lot of people have the same titles and do wildly different roles.  There are a number of similar differences in the nuance of agency work (digital/traditional, paid/organic, consumer/B2B, promo/PR), our goal is to understand as best we can who you want to deliver the best candidates


During intake call we'll also ask more questions on how to sell your agency to your potential future employees.

Employee engagement starts in the recruiting process.  We want to tell your story and engage candidates throughout the process to make sure they have a great experience and positive outlook of your agency, regardless of hiring outcome.


This is where Kada's magic gets to work.

Kada will research other agencies to target for finding talent. Using our domain expertise, we build targeted lists of people for your potential next hire.

Then we outreach. We engage candidates on multiple platforms, conduct A/B message testing to get a high yield of response.

Then it's screening time. We speak with candidates to get a full picture of their story and why they are a fit.


Kada has an 85% submittal-to-interview rate. That means you'll want to speak with who we're sending.

We include detail around the candidates' story. We also include very transparent salary targets/information, locations and any other relevant info you need.


Our goal is to make your life easier. We'll work with you to aid in the interview set-up process however your see fit.

When it comes to negotiation and offer, we work with you on the best strategy for your team.  If you want to take the reigns, no problem. Need us to help, we can make that happen.


Once the candidate has accepted your offer, they'll work with you on the onboarding plan. Kada will invoice on the candidate's start date. In the rare instance they don't work out for any reason for the first 90 days, we will work with you on a backfill or refund.
