Visual Storyteller/Designer

We are actively recruiting for a Graphic Designer, specializing in presentation design.  You will work on a variety of clients across multiple industries.  This is a full-time, permanent position with room for growth within the creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with account team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

Translate complex ideas and data into clear, concise, and visually appealing slides.

Create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations to enhance presentation content.

Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and imagery across all slides.

Implement animations, transitions, and interactive elements to enhance presentation flow and engagement.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in presentation design to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our work.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Provide guidance and support to junior designers as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred.

Proven experience 1-2 years in presentation design in an advertising agency or creative studio or across multiple brands in-house.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and accuracy.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of presentation design work, including examples of complex data visualization and storytelling through visuals.
