Location: Coral Gables, FL (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 wfh)

Kada Recruiting is partnering with an independent integrated agency with interesting global clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a Digital Paid Media Specialist to join the team in a full-time, permanent role. The agency is small and continually growing. There is a lot of room for growth within this position and the agency.  You will be able to learn new platforms, have a lot of autonomy and work and learn from senior leadership on a regular basis.


Position Overview:

As a Digital Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social and paid search campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google. You will also have the opportunity to learn and work across shopper platforms (Walmart, Kroger, Target, etc). You will work closely with 4-6 clients, handling budgets ranging from $500,000 to $1 million. This is a hands-on role where you will create, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve client objectives and drive ROI. Additionally, you will provide regular performance reports and identify areas for improvement to ensure campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google as well as shopper platforms.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular status reports to clients, detailing campaign performance and recommended optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure alignment and maximize results.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, doing media and search buys hands-on in the platforms, with a focus on paid social (Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and paid search (Google). Ideally in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms, including Meta Business Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads. Nice to have experience in shopper platforms (Walmart, Kroger, Target, etc), but not a must-have.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Curious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
